Welcome to MBBSLINK. Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website or services. By accessing or using MBBSLINK, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website (WWW.MBBSLINK.IN) or the services provided by us.

1. Definitions

  • “We,” “us,” “our” refer to MBBSLINK.
  • “You,” “your” refers to the student or parent using our services.
  • “Services” means consultancy, application support, counselling sessions, visa assistance, and any other help we provide for MBBS admissions abroad.

2. Scope of Services

  • We offer guidance on choosing universities, help with applications, document processing, visa filing, pre‑departure briefing, and ongoing support.
  • All services are advisory. Final decisions on admission, tuition, and enrolment rest with the universities and relevant authorities.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and genuine documents and information when requested.
  • You agree to follow our instructions, meet deadlines, and respond promptly to emails or calls.
  • You are responsible for any fees, tuition costs, food (mess), living expenses, and travel arrangements once accepted by a university.
  • You must pass the entrance exam conducted by the university of your choice. In case you do not pass, we will offer you admission to a top backup university. However, please note that the registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Fees & Payments

  • Our service fees are clearly stated in your proposal or invoice.
  • A booking fee is non‑refundable after we provide you services like document translation, arrangement of entrance exam by chosen University, documentation, etc. Balance payments must be made before we submit your applications for Invitation and visa filings.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges or delay your application process.
  • The One-Time Charge (OTC) is a mandatory, non-refundable fee, payable in Russian Rubles, and must be settled in full before departure from India. The equivalent amount in Indian Rupees (INR) will be calculated based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment. Failure to make the payment in time may lead to delays or discontinuation of processing and pre-departure services.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel our services in writing at any time.
  • Registration fees are non‑refundable. Any other refunds will be processed based on the stage of work completed and any third‑party costs incurred on your behalf.
  • We will confirm any refund amount within 30 days of cancellation.

6. Liability

  • We will take all reasonable care in providing our services but cannot guarantee admission, visa approval, or specific university placement.
  • We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect information provided by you, force majeure events, or decisions by universities and consulates.

7. Mess Facility Terms & User Responsibility

  • Disclaimer: MBBSLink does not operate or manage the mess facility abroad. The Indian mess service is independently provided and managed by private hostel owners, who are solely responsible for its operation, service quality, and fee collection.
  • This clause is applicable to students enrolled in universities located in Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Georgia, where Indian mess facilities are provided through private hostel or accommodation arrangements.
  • The Indian Mess Facility is offered at an approximate cost of USD 1300–1400 per academic session, where a “session” refers strictly to the university’s official operational/teaching period and does not constitute a 12-month duration.
  • The mess service shall be available only during the period when the university is officially open and operational, and shall automatically remain inactive during vacations or non-operational periods.
  • Once opted for, the Indian Mess Facility cannot be suspended, paused, discontinued, or terminated midway under any circumstances during the ongoing academic session.
  • The entire mess fee shall be payable in a single upfront installment only, and no monthly, quarterly, or semester-wise payment structures shall be permitted.
  • Any partial payment arrangements or installment-based requests shall not be accepted under any condition.
  • The mess fee, once paid and the service activated, shall be strictly non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-transferable, irrespective of usage or discontinuation of accommodation or studies.
  • By opting for the facility, the student acknowledges and agrees to all the above terms as binding and final.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always appear on our website.
  • Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Visa Stamping Charges

A non-refundable Visa Stamping Service Charge of ₹15,000 is applicable and covers administrative support, documentation, and coordination. This does not include the Embassy Visa Fee, which must be paid separately by the applicant. The Embassy Visa Fee for Russia is ₹25,000 and is subject to change as per embassy regulations. Both charges are mandatory and non-refundable, irrespective of visa outcome.

Refund Policy Rules:

  • The Registration Fee, Admission Letter Processing Fee, Invitation Letter Fee, Documentation Charges, Translation, Apostille, Courier Charges, and all other service charges are strictly Non-Refundable.
  • *Processing Fee (₹50,000) may be refunded ONLY if the student secures admission to a Government Medical College in India through the official counselling process (AIQ/State Counselling) and submits a valid allotment letter before completing the overseas admission process.
  • No refund shall be provided if the student secures admission to a Private Medical College in India or voluntarily withdraws from the admission process for any other reason.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in MAHARAJGANJ - UTTAR PRADESH ONLY.
